Our company, established in 2010, is a sub-company of Dayu Conserving Water Group Co., Ltd. Tianjin Sub-Company, located in Tianjin, near to the important seaport of China. Our company covers an area of 240,000 square meters. Dayu Conserving Water Group Co., Ltd. is a professional provider of agriculture irrigation systems, urban and water supply systems, and landscaping solutions. It is engaged in research, manufacture, sales, engineering design, installation and after-sales services, and becomes a leading Chinese industrial company with the largest scale variety of products and advanced technologies. Dayu has 10 production bases, located in Tianjin, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Jiuquan, Wuwei, Dingxi, Dunhuang, Xi'an, Changchun, Nanning and nearly hundreds of chain stores of agriculture facilities all over China. It also established its own design Institute and engineering company. This year, Dayu acquired the support of Design Institute of Hangzhou Water Conservancy & Hydraulic Power. There are about 2,000 employees in our company. In October of 2009, Dayu was honored to be listed as one of the first professional micro-irrigation equipment producing companies in GEM China with the stock name of DYJS, whose stock code is 300021. The market value amounts to more than 3 billion RMB. Our company specializes in producing drip tapes/laterals, fertilizing equipment, filters and all kinds of pipes, etc. There are more than 20 series, nearly 1,000 kinds of micro-irrigation products. Our company annually produces 2.56 billion meters of drip tapes, 136,000 tons of PVC/PE pipes, 40 tons of fittings, 20,000 sets of filters and control systems. The products have covered most of the farmlands in China and been exported to more than 20 countries and regions, such as South Korea, Thailand, South Africa, Australia, India, etc. What's more, our company has set up about 120 chain stores to sell various products and serve the irrigation market.
